About Geeta - Creator of Caring Naturally

Geeta’s journey into complementary and alternative healing began with a natural curiosity and deep fascination for holistic healing practices and the science that supports them. She has always been interested in how the body, mind, and subtle energy systems work together to restore balance and wellbeing.

With a Bachelor of Science degree as her foundation, Geeta went on to study a wide range of healing disciplines that align with this understanding. She is certified in Reiki, Holistic Healing, and Primary Health Care for Ayurveda. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Govardhan Eco Village in Wada, Maharashtra, India, and is also a certified Yoga Therapist. Most recently, she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Alternative Complementary Healing Energy. Geeta also holds a Diploma in Bhagavad-gita Studies, which continues to spiritually guide and ground her work.

Over the years, Geeta has come to understand that while many healing modalities are effective, true benefit is experienced when a person resonates with the practice. Healing is not mechanical — it is personal, subtle, and deeply connected to one’s inner state. She believes that all healing ultimately flows from the Divine Creator, and she serves as a vessel through which that healing energy may be offered.

Her sessions gently integrate various modalities, guided not only by professional training but also by her natural intuitive abilities, including clairaudience. Before each session, Geeta offers gratitude and prayer, asking to be guided toward the best possible healing outcome for each client.
Clients often share that they feel deeply calm, relaxed, and supported after a session, while also gaining the clarity and guidance they need.
At Caring NaturallyA Restorative Sanctuary, Geeta’s intention is to hold a nurturing space where clients can return to their natural state of balance, peace, and wellbeing.

Caring Naturally is a restorative sanctuary dedicated to nurturing balance, wellbeing, and gentle renewal through integrative, holistic approaches. Grounded in nature, compassion, and ethical practice, we offer a supportive space for learning, healing, and personal growth. Our work honours the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, empowering individuals to reconnect with their natural capacity for wellbeing in a calm, respectful, non-medical environment. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, drawing on a range of modalities to meet the unique needs of every client.

Energy Healing

 works with the body’s subtle energy fields to promote balance, health, and wellbeing. Practitioners use techniques such as hands-on healing, energy channeling, or intention to clear blockages and restore the natural flow of energy. 

Spiritual Healing

 works to clear energetic, emotional, and spiritual blockages, helping individuals find inner peace, balance, and purpose.  This practice encourages a deeper connection with oneself and the universe, fostering harmony and a sense of wholeness.

Yoga

an ancient holistic practice that unites the body, mind, and spirit through physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. It promotes flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind and reducing stress. Yoga supports overall wellbeing.

Ayurveda

Through diet, herbs, lifestyle practices, cleansing, and mindful living, Ayurveda aims to restore balance and prevent illness. Its approach focuses on treating the root cause of imbalance while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

Sound Therapy

holistic healing practice that uses sound vibrations—such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, voice, or music—to restore balance in the body and mind. 

It is often experienced as a deeply soothing, immersive practice that allows the body to return to its natural state of balance and self-healing.

Aromatherapy

ancient Indian science of architecture and design that harmonizes living and working spaces with natural energies. It focuses on the orientation, layout, and spatial arrangement of structures to promote health, prosperity, and wellbeing.

Feng Shui

an ancient Chinese practice that arranges living and working spaces to optimize the flow of energy, or Chi, for harmony and wellbeing. It uses principles such as placement, colour, and décor to enhance health, wealth, and positive energy to support emotional clarity, abundance, and overall life satisfaction.

Conscious Living Therapy

is based on the "first self-help manual" - Bhagavad-gita. It was spoken on the the battlefield before a war.  It remains relevant to our lives as it helps navigate emotional turbulence,  identity crisis, family dynamics, career challenges and  guides inner peace and happiness, life purpose. Clients are guided to personalise the principles for their live.
